I want to make a complaint
Do you want to make a complaint? We are sorry you are dissatisfied with our services and we hope we can resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
Before you make a complaint, You might want to speak with our customer support team - contact support. If you wish to proceed to make a complaint, the fastest way to get a response is by sending an email to complaints@ohentpay.com. You can also make a complaint to PayrNet by filling this form.
Resolution of complaints
Once we receive your complaint, we aim to address this within 1-3 business days but not more than 15 business days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the financial ombudsman service.
